Laruga Glaser has been practicing Ashtanga yoga continuously for over 23 years. Starting at the beginning of her 20s, she was immediately drawn to the practice after working with other forms of yoga years prior. After establishing a committed practice she then deepened her studies traveling to Mysore, India annually to practice at KPJAYI where the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois taught and now his grandson, R. Sharath Jois teaches.

Laruga has made more than 14 trips to Mysore and is on a mission to continue to learn and grow as a student as well as a teacher. She is one of the few in the world who have been given the distinction of being certified to teach up to Advanced B, which is not easily given and takes many years to earn. Through it all, Laruga teaches as an act of deep sharing and love for what yoga develops in each individual, facilitating space to open, challenge, and inspire those to realize their inherent potential, and has been personally invited all over the world to do so.

This course will be detailed research and application of the postures of Ashtanga Yoga Advanced A. We will take a deep dive into the nature of the 3rd Series sequence and how to build stamina and strength while adhering to proper technique in the practice. This course is appropriate for experienced Ashtanga practitioners who have completed Intermediate Series and for those already practicing Advanced A.

Live sessions will take place from 2pm to 4pm GMT + 15 minutes of Q&A. Each session includes discussion about practice and philosophy and practice of Surya Namaskara and standing asanas before the review part. After the Live sessions, classes will be available on demand for 12 months.

Of course! The Module 1 is for New Beginners, it is especially created for you if you have never practiced yoga
Each module of the Laruga course is focused on each of the Ashtanga Yoga series so you can deepen your practice.
During the days of the course, you will have Live sessions from 3pm to 5pm (GMT). All the sessions will be made available online through the World Mastery platform. You will be able to access the videos of the course at any time and place via our app and download them to watch them offline for 12 months. We will provide you with a username and a password after you make your payment.
Yes, making the payment is totally safe and easy to do. You either can pay by credit card or PayPal.
During the days of the course, we will meet via Live sessions which will be recorded in the World Mastery platform. After your payment, you will get your credentials to access the platform and attend the live sessions. You will have access to the Live sessions for 12 months after your registration to the program.
If you have not been able to follow the session live, you can always see the recorded classes on our platform. Remember that you will have access to classes for 12 months so you can learn at your own pace.
