Since a young age, Laruga has been fascinated with mind and body connections and spiritual philosophy. This is what attracted her to the practice of Yoga in early 1996. Two years later, in 1998, she would discover Ashtanga Yoga and since then she’s been devoted to her sadhana. She has studied with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, Sarath Jois, in Mysore, India. Laruga is an advanced level practitioner and student and is a Level 2 Authorized Teacher from KPJAYI of Mysore, India.

After many years of consistent practice, she started teaching the method of Ashtanga Yoga to its fullest capacity, cultivating transparency to the tradition and the deeply rich lineage the practice originates. Laruga teaches as an act of deep love for what Yoga develops in each individual and sharing her over 20 years of experience practicing Ashtanga Yoga.

The virtual experience

We will meet via Zoom every day and every class will be recorded.

All the classes will be then made available on demand within a few hours.

Unlike in person trainings where you don't have access to the teaching sessions once the training is over, students will have a 12 month access to the course to review as they wish.

Of course! This course is especially created for you if you have never practiced yoga
With Laruga you will learn the bases to start practicing Ashtanga Yoga and you will analyze the different parts of the Primary series. Go beyond physical practice and understand the importance of breathing and other aspects that make Yoga possible.
During the 7 days of the course, from July 13th to July 18th, you will have Live sessions from 3pm to 5pm (GMT). All the sessions will be made available online through the World Mastery platform. You will be able to access the videos of the course at any time and place via our app and download them to watch them offline for 12 months. We will provide you with a username and a password after you make your payment.

During the days of the course, we will meet via Live sessions which will be recorded in the World Mastery platform. After your payment, you will get your credentials to access the platform and attend the live sessions. You will have access to the Live sessions for 12 months after your registration to the program.
